ax chibi took place on November 12-13, 2022 at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, CA. The event was announced at the end of Anime Expo 2022. This event would be a “smaller” version of Anime Expo. Compared to the 100,000+ attendees of AX, how would ax chibi fare in the small Ontario Convention Center? Would this be a repeat of the Long Beach years or would it do just fine like Comic Con Revolution? With no guests for ax chibi, would ax be able to bank on name brand alone? The answer to that is Yes.
ax chibi brought in a surprisingly large amount of attendees from all over Southern California to their two day event in the Inland Empire.
