Compared to Saturday, Sunday was much quieter. It was a great time to relax and enjoy the panels and Dealers' Room. So here was my rundown for Sunday:

Steampunk 101 by Andrea

My first panel of the day was Steampunk 101. For someone who is brand-new to the Steampunk subculture, this panel was an excellent introduction. It included Donna Ricci from the boutique Clockwork Couture, Lady Mechanika creator and author Joe Benitez, and Nick Bauman, Andrew Fogel and Duane Matthews of the web series 'The League of S.T.E.A.M.'. It was a general overview of the Steampunk genre, including cothing ideas, books, and other media. For someone already into the Steampunk genre/subculture, there was little information presented that wasn't already common knowledge. There was a CAC panel at the same time as this one that I had wanted to sit in on as well; in the future I might be more inclined to attend the latter panel unless the Steampunk panels start expanding on what they present.

Meet the Creatives Behind Dan Vs. by Andrea

My second panel of the day was Meet the Creatives Behind Dan Vs. at 2:30. This show is a guilty pleasure of sorts for me, so I naturally checked out the panel to see what was in store for it. Hosted by famed voice actor Tom Kenny, this panel featured both the creators of Dan Vs. and the voice talents behind the three main characters (Curtis Armstrong, Dave Foley, and Paget Brewster). This was a fun, funny panel that provided a sneak peek of an upcoming episode and an entertaining Q&A session. If they make it back for San Diego Comic Con, I'll definitely try to sit in on it again and see what updates the team has.

Costuming with the Rebel Legion by Andrea

My final panel of the day was Costuming With the Rebel Legion at 3:30. I wanted to see this panel partially because I am a fan of Star Wars and its costumes, and partially because a good friend of mine was one of the panelists. This was a great introduction to the basics of Star Wars costuming that gave tips, ideas, and general costs for various outfits and looks. One possible problem with costuming is generally the time and money it requires, and the panelists made it clear that you really can't have a budget costume on a time crunch that's still a quality costume. They also gave resources that will be good for costumers of any level and any stripe who want to make quality Star Wars costumes.
