Consplayers took many beautiful photos of the beautiful people present at the ballroom dance. Tom and I went as Spike and Faye Valentine (Ballad of Fallen Angels style) to the ballroom dance. We changed in Lacie and Aurora's room. Stan and I were singing "I Feel Pretty" as we were prepping up in the bathroom. The ballroom dance started at 7PM. While Fanime was going for a black and white theme, Tom was in blue and I was in purple. We also donated our ballroom music collection to the event as well A few songs from Cowboy Bebop were played. We also ran into our Northern CA crew. The highlight was pulling a Roxbury on Pikminlink's dad. Bart Boy, Tom, and I had him covered. The ballroom dance was soon invaded by Braindead Liberal Terrorists doing invasive conga lines to cover up their lack of ballroom dance abilities. Luckily, Traveling Valentine alongside Darryl, our friend from the Anime Expo ballroom dance and the Fanime masquerade MC, were able to hold our ground and deflect several attempted invasions. As Tom would say while holding a .44 Magnum Revolver: "This ballroom dance is for ballroom dancing, you ragweeds!" Otherwise, it was a splendid evening. Pikmin Link needs to shake her booty more often. After the ballroom dance, we ran into our friends and fellow double-0s from Anime FX. It was nice to be caught up with our friends from San Francisco State, our alma mater. The best part was water bottle Crossfire! Marc kept singing the Crossfire song. We took whatever plastic bottles and threw them at each other. Not to mention we got it all on tape. The night was coming to a close. I was feeling tired considering I wore stilettos for two days. We went back to Tom's house and watched some "Sledge Hammer!" goodness. I also introduced Tom to Bleach on Cartoon Network. In addition, a group that we ran a show for had their own documentary on PBS, "18 Mighty Mountain Warriors." As Tom says, "think of the 18 Might Mountain Warriors an Asian comedy troupe like all the others, except they're funny." Pictures are copyright by Victoria Erica.
