And now it has come to this, a Kinomoto family gathering. Shoujo-ai second cousins and an Oedipus complex. How can a cute and innocent anime like Card Captor Sakura come to this? Sora was Tomoyo, Will was Sakura, Tom was Touya, and your's truly was Nadeshiko. We knew there was a Card Captor Sakura gathering happening at 10AM, but we were about 15 minutes late for that, or we were just the only ones who just happened to show. There were other CCS cosplayers around like the mother and daughter Sakuras and the Mei Lin. 

So, together as a family, we went around downtown San Jose to take pictures of our Kinomoto goodness. Afterwards, we had a family lunch at Johnny Rockets. (The whole 50s theme reminds me of one of my favorite restaurants, Mel's. Yet, this place was much cheaper) 

We got back to the convention center, and went to do our own things. I called Adam to let him know about the Hellsing group later that day. Tom and I went to see Nescaflowne. I love parody dubs. ;_; I thought Nescaflowne was pretty spiffy though I haven't seen any Escaflowne (yet). Really funny, you guys should check it out. 

At around 1PMish, the cosplay.com gathering happened. More Kinomoto family goodness!
