It was time to debut our new costumes for Anime Expo. We dressed up as Kaname Chidori and Sagara Sousuke from the Full Metal Panic series. I made Tom his Sousuke costume. Basically, I bought a white shirt from Ross and hand stitched bias tape. Total cost? $15. The Hilton had HBO and Madagascar was on in the morning. Tom did not see Madagascar yet, so while I was attempting to style the wig, Tom finally was able to see one of the best animated CGI movies.

Consplayers did another photoshoot of us in our Full Metal Panic costumes. For the most part, we wandered around the Dealer's Room. I ran into my brother and cousins. My brother was supposed to stay in the hotel room with us, but he fell sick a week before Anime Expo. My cousins wondered what a yaoi paddle was and thought about getting one. I ran into Katie in the Dealer's Room and we were amazed at the upcoming Ball Jointed Doll book.

Tom and I had lunch at the Hilton. I bought myself some sushi and Tom bought himself a salad. We ate at our spot in the Hilton - the staircase to the downstairs cafe. We ran into our friends from Brilliant Moon. When we were done with lunch, we went to the second floor of the convention center for a photoshoot by Richard Mann.

Tom and I just had Dippin' Dots and watched what was on the Funimation Channel. Nothing like cookies 'n cream!
