After getting settled in the hotel room, Sora changed into Guu. Jenna was prepping her monologue, and I was changing into my Francesca cocktail gown for good luck. We got backstage at about 5: 50ish. We find out that the contest was having an hour delay. To make a long story short...AX Idol was poorly organized and poorly run. Lots of water bottles were involved in this.

I went back to the Hilton to see if Jarod's party was still in fully swing. I called Kenny to see which room it was. No answer on the phone. Called Ace if he knew where Kenny was. Then I went to the second floor to find Jarod. I glomped him and pretty much stayed around his side of the party. Wished I could have got Sora and Jenna to enjoy this party, 'cause it really brightened up my spirits. However, AX Idol was the last place I'd venture into at the time. Thanks everyone for brightng up my evening! *^^*

Then Tom came in. We went out to the bar and had a midnight snack. Ran into Justin and his friends who were also disgusted by AX Idol. Ran into Mel as well. They started to play with the grass. Went back to Jarod's party, and did a duet with him as his birthday present. Ran into Michi and Jeff and they told me how they were delayed 'cause the car broke down again. Went to the cosplay.com table gathering and talked to a few friends there.

It was getting past midnight and I didn't want Jenna or Sora to worry about me, so Tom and I went back to the hotel and got some sleep.
