Despite all the behind the scenes drama, AniMagic went well this year. Thanks to spifftastic friends, hardworking volunteers, and others who still kept what was left of the autumn magic. What most people rant about is the location. In all honesty, I like Valencia. I think we should give it another try. I rather have a nice selection of eateries (so as long as I keep my diet schedule). I'm not surprised that the local townsfolk looked down on us anime fans and cosplayers. I've had worse reception when AX was in Long Beach. Despite a few location allergies (so much pollen), the area was really nice for cosplay photo ops. Also, it was near some sort of civillization where I can easily drive to. It made the drive much easier. Most of this con's sucess for me was my friends who I have not seen for a very long time. I'm only in Southern Cali every so often now that I live in the bay area. It was great seeing you all again, even if it was for a brief moment. It was also nice seeing bay area friends as well. Thanks goes to Tito Boy and friends for helping us out with our room situation! Thanks also goes to Tom. It's always nice to have a travel companion, and I'm glad it could be you, Tomcat. *huggles* When my mom kissed you on the cheek when we arrived at the airport, I knew then you're definately part of the family. Thank you everyone. ^_^ And now, to sum things up, I leave you this convention music video:
