We dropped our stuff at Tito Boy's room. It seemed that the Prince of Tennis fun was in full swing. At the time, I have not seen any Prince of Tennis, nor could I appreciate the advent of Prince of Tennis twister cosplay. Tom got into his Ryo (City Hunter) costume. I got into my Kaori costume. I had issues with the wig. Originally, I was supposed to go anime style Kaori, but the wig wasn't cooperating. Thank Bathala for the City Hunter live action movie! Okay, so I'm Kaori in an artbook inspired outfit and I just look like the actress that played her! For the third consecutive year, I did cosplay revue. This is also Traveling Valentine's second time performing at cosplay revue. We did this song because I heard it at the end of Tom's AX04 video and I thought it was pretty catchy. It was also in English which was much easier on the both of us! Also for the third consecutive year, Rey Rey hosted the show. In honor of Char, the mother of cosplay revue, he wore orange. Cosplay revue had a few good acts. It opened with Maiyu inviting audience members to dance with her on stage. Then Cosplay Onee-san did a few tunes from Mermaid Melody Pitchi. I really liked the Zone "Good Days" group. There was Ayumi Para Para, USA Musume (go Angela!), "Ride On Shooting Star," and other spiffy acts. It came time to do our's. We had some sound difficulty in the beginning. I was really freaked out. ^_^; I was quite nervous, but we pulled it off anyway. The rest of the night was spent just mingling around with friends and capturing incriminating evidence of Prince of Tennis cosplayers gone wild. We also toasted to the con with Karisu, Richard, and Jason at the bar. Very insightful conversation about the future of anime conventions and cosplay...
