One Shots Special: The Best (I read) of 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the New Year starting it is time to reflect on the comics I have read last year.\u00a0 Last year saw me getting back into Marvel with The Children\u2019s Crusade and continuing the struggle to stick with the New 52.\u00a0 I also branched out this year and read more indie books than I have in quite some time.\u00a0 While there were some down moments this year overall, it was a good year for comic nerds.\u00a0 Bear in mind this list is built off of what I read last year and I may have missed out on some titles.\u00a0 It was difficult narrowing down some of the titles in each list in addition there are some honorable mentions this year as well.\u00a0 These titles came out a little late in the year or were just shy of the Top Three, but are thus far really enjoyable.\u00a0 If you are looking for some good comics anything on this list is highly recommended by me.<\/p>\n
