Stan picked us up from our place. Sunday was Read or Die day for Tom and I. We brought our dollfies Cosette and Eponine so they could enjoy themselves. Sunday's main staple was the Angelic Tea Party Fashion Brunch. Tickets went from $60 to $100. Interested attendees could meet the Angelic Pretty designers while having afternoon tea. Tom and I decided to see what was going on. There were plenty of Lolitas lined up in the second level. Tons of pink and frills.

Angelic Pretty, a popular Japanese Lolita brand, was also present at PMX. They had their Magical Boutique open, but it was open by appointment only. They were a separate vendor from the Dealers Room. We didn't get a chance to go inside.

We went back to the karaoke room. Videl, Fer, and Aurora Hermione wanted to sing and dance to the Big O theme. They made it as an audience participation sort of thing in which people gathered around in a circle, hence creating a big "O."

The James Kyson Lee panel overlapped the Angelic Tea Party Fashion Brunch. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and headed towards James Kyson Lee. For those of you who don't know, he plays Ando in NBC's smash hit, Heroes. He's also made an appearance at Anime Expo as Anime Access' field reporter. Here's a clip. If you look carefully, you can see me and Tom in the beginning part as Grandis and Samson.

James Kyson Lee expressed how much he loves seeing cosplayers. He's also a reader of Slam Dunk. Years ago, he did an anime tribute short called Bunny and Clydo. Of course, most PMX attendees had burning Heroes questions. Lee denies any homosexual tendencies towards Hiro and Ando. In fact, he may have a love interest later in the series. He also talked about how the writer's strike is affecting the show and how they had to reshoot the Series 2 ending.

Tom also asked if Heroes borrowed reference material from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures. While Lee did not cite the shounen manga series, he says the creators get inspiration from many different comics.

Afterwards, James Kyson Lee offered autographs. Tom and I got ourselves a photograph. Then Tom returned to the back of the line to pick up an autograph for a friend who was not attending PMX but was still a Heroes fan, thereby risking the chance of being in the Masquerade audience because he's just that sort of friend who'd be crazy enough to do such a thing.
