On December 17 - 18, 2005, Japan Town Anime Faire (JTAF) took place in the heart of San Francisco's historical Japan Town. The event ran into Mother Nature's rainstorms. Saturday was full of downpour, and Sunday had light showers. JTAF normally takes place in the middle of September. I remember when on the first day of the first JTAF, attendees complained about the 90 degree heat. 2005 brought in the December thunderstorms.
