Consumer Electronic Show (CES) took place on January 6 – 9, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center just a little off the famed Las Vegas strip. The trade show presents the latest in consumer technology and gadgetry before they hit the shelves. Attendees were made of professionals in the electronic consumer industry. This was not an event that was open to the public. There were quite a few things that piqued our interest as film enthusiasts, gamers, educators, and everything for the tech nerd in all of us. Over 200,000 people in the electronic industry attended the 2011 show.

This is Scarlet Rhapsody’s first time at CES. We attended the event as press for our sibling site, Ctrl Alt Kill. This report was made possible by Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 on a laptop from 2003, Microsoft Photodraw, Adobe Bridge, and Picasa.
